On Tuesday evening, 5th June, four of the cast members of the “talking Scarlet” company performed “Playing Dead”, the first of a trilogy of thrillers which the Company are presenting over the next three weeks. Stephen Beckett, Jenny Funnell, Marcus Hutton and Ben Roddy were joined by Director, Patric Kearns and writer, Philip Gladwin in the Theatre bar to be welcomed by Harry Lederman who wished them a very successful short season and expressed the hope that they will have the benefit of good audiences during their three week stay. The remaining two plays, “Rope” and “Dangerous Obsession” will be performed on the weeks commencing Tuesday, 12 June and Tuesday 19 June respectively.
